Bacup Business Association will be holding an advice and guidance meeting tomorrow afternoon for local businesses and trades people affected by the coronavirus crisis.

CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM LEAVING HOME UNLESS NECESSARY

Residents of the Bacup and Rossendale area have been asked to remain home and stay inside, unless leaving the house for essentials. This comes after the Prime Minister put the UK on enforced lock down.

Whitworth Library will be host to a National Career’s Service Advisor called Kay. She will be popping into Whitworth Library every Monday afternoon starting from the 5th June.

The national career’s service can help you with:

  1. Information about jobs, traineeships, courses and apprenticeships
  2. Interview techniques, preparation and support
  3. Help completing or filling in job application forms
  4. Help writing or editing your CV
  5. Skill health check

If you fancy having a chat with Kay our National Career’s Service coach, simply pop in to Whitworth Library anytime between 2pm – 4pm on Monday’s.

No appointment is necessary, you’re more than welcome to just call in.

NOWCARD PASS HOLDERS CAN NOW USE THEIR TRAVEL PASS TO TRAVEL BEFORE 9.30 AM IN THE MORNING
