Bacup Business Association will be holding an advice and guidance meeting tomorrow afternoon for local businesses and trades people affected by the coronavirus crisis.

CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM LEAVING HOME UNLESS NECESSARY

Residents of the Bacup and Rossendale area have been asked to remain home and stay inside, unless leaving the house for essentials. This comes after the Prime Minister put the UK on enforced lock down.

Come And Join The Community Carol Service at The Riverside This December


On Monday 18th December at 7pm, residents of Whitworth join for the annual community carol service. The service is an opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit and join together to sing carols, accompanied by the Whitworth Vale and Healey Youth Band. The service this year will be led by Rev Lyn Woodall from St Bartholomews and St Johns Churches Whitworth.

After the service there will be teas and coffees and even mince pies available for a donation towards the Whitworth Guides.
